Her Miraculous Recovery

Ms. King spent the last 13 years researching and applying
different conventional and alternative healing methods to recover
from childhood molestation and abandonment, alcoholism, a
supposed bipolar disorder diagnosis, severe depression, two
suicide attempts, and a general dissatisfaction with life.

Finally, after embarking on an amazing journey to find the master
key to healing, Ms. King discovered the miracle cure that changed
her life forever. Below, she marvels at how the simple act of not
accepting and expressing the whole truth of her experiences
derailed the important aspects of her life. Consequently, her life's
purpose is to help others transform all internal discord so that
they may enjoy their personal and professional pursuits.

Ms. King's unresolved traumas negatively impacted many aspects of her life throughout her
childhood and young adulthood -- all aspects which have become the focus service areas at
Shalom Healing Homes. For example, the mounting emotional stress resulted in fainting spells
while playing sports. As a result, she was forced to end her basketball career during her senior
season in high school. Ms. King's collegiate studies were also interrupted. Depression and
suicide ideation forced her to withdraw from college for 1.5 years. She persevered, however, to
eventually earn a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and work in the industry for seven years. As
an actress, Ms. King's inability to accept and express the truth of her traumatic experiences
hindered her ability to fully inhabit a role with the level of truth required by the craft. She would find
her voice in writing and performing her own autobiographical poetry and consequently
blossomed as a professional actress.

More such stories fill Ms. King's healing journey. She combines all her personal expertise,
knowledge, and talents to pursue her deepest passion of healing adults in order to provide safe,
loving environments for all children. After earning a Master's in Adult Education & Training in
2009, Ms. King founded the International Freedom Coalition,
